The person must have been instantly turned off when I mentioned I was still working because she did not even ask if I was willing to leave the position to take theirs which they said they were trying to fill as soon as possible. I got deferred until then so that means it will likely get filled. I didn't even get to ask any questions about the position to see if it was appealing enough to leave my current temp position which I communicated to them.
