Received a phone call from a recruiter for USM, who explained the position and set up a phone interview. After the phone interview there were two more in person interviews with managers. Received a mailed offer letter detailing wages and benefits.

Entrevista
I was referred by a friend and applied online. A recruiter reached out to me and did a phone interview. I was then asked to come in for an in person interview. Both of these interviews were thorough because they went through my work history to make sure I was a fit for the position. I would not say they were difficult though. I got a call back that afternoon offering me the position.
