Interview process consisted of a sales phone call role play and then a face - to - face interview with two department managers. The two interviewers really didn't seem to know what they were doing, probably had to official experience as hiring managers. Although not that it probably matters as from the looks of it most of the employees are made up of people that have had little or no career direction and washed up there because they aren't bad at cold calling!

We talked about my background for about 15 minutes. Then she asked me about what i'm attempting in this position and where I'll feel more confortable. The recruiter was really nice and understandable. She gave advises for the next step of the process.

Engaging process all around. From start to finish I had to show that I was interested. It's a good job I did as without going through from start to finish I would never have the opportunity that I have just received 3 years later.
