Expected the interview to be held in Spanish seeing as that is required for the role, but it was held completely in English so not quite sure how they'd determine how fluent one is in the language.
It was an application, a 15 minute audio call to introduce yourself and the role, and then a 1.5 hour long interview with blocks of half an hour with 3 people.

Phone screening or one-way video questions followed by two virtual interviews with team members or management. A series of situational questions and an explanation of the role with time to ask questions yourself. Overall took a few weeks.

Entrevista
Had a phone interview that was 45 minutes and I thought I was such a great candidate. Never heard back and job says still reviewing. That was in July. I would have appreciated at least being told wether I got the job or not
