It was a 15-minute initial telephone screening to evaluate if they would move forward with my application. The hiring manager explained what the job would entail and offered to answer my questions.

It was an application, a 15 minute audio call to introduce yourself and the role, and then a 1.5 hour long interview with blocks of half an hour with 3 people.

Entrevista
Phone screening or one-way video questions followed by two virtual interviews with team members or management. A series of situational questions and an explanation of the role with time to ask questions yourself. Overall took a few weeks.

Had a phone interview that was 45 minutes and I thought I was such a great candidate. Never heard back and job says still reviewing. That was in July. I would have appreciated at least being told wether I got the job or not
