I applied online for the Accountant Abroad position. First step was a video interview with pre-recorded questions. After that two seperate interviews followed with people from the team, with mainly soft questions about background and personality. Final interview was at local headquarters with further personality and background questions and some math brainteasers.

Met with the recruiter and had a great conversation. I think I would be great fit for the position but I didn't have the visa requirement so I didn't get through.

Video Interview as a first screening. 3 questions, with 30 to 45 seconds of preparation time, and about 1 minute to answer. There are a couple of questions to prepare, and overall it takes only 6 and a half minutes.
