The interview may appear simple but the company wants to see a bubbly character willing to work long hours. EF is all about being positive at all times and making any hiccups look deliberate and/or fun. You will be asked questions about safety, handling bullying and cultural boundaries. Please be aware that EF is a company that thrives on teamwork. Don't be afraid to ask your managers for help if you're struggling.
