I had a phone interview (20 minutes), and then two in-person interviews that both lasted two hours. They only told me I didn't get the job 6 days before the start day. Had I gotten the job they would've expected me to give my current employer 6 days notice (says a lot about their HR practice).
It was time consuming and intense at times with each in-person interview involving 3-4 different people asking me the same group of questions. Everyone is very nice and responsive but it was a lot of talking and repeating myself since many questions were repeated by each new interviewer. I would definitely come prepared with answers of 'Why Sales?' and why do you like EF. Come with questions (a lot).

I received an email requesting a phone interview. I then selected three times in which I would be available. I automatically received my phone interview time via email. During the interview, I was asked professional questions as well as questions regarding my interests.

Resume and cover letter were reviewed by HR and a phone interview was scheduled. Basic phone interview going over resume & qualifications. Discussed the role and how experiences would be useful and beneficial to the company.

Entrevista
The interview process was very smooth and easy. I had an initial phone screening, then about a week later, an interview with one employee that lasted about 30 minutes. The final interview was 2.5 hours long that comprised of speaking with two different employees and then doing a 30 minute mock sales exercise. Everyone was very nice and helpful!
