The application process through Linkedin and response time was between the 2-3 week period. 1st interview was via Skype, extremely friendly and informative about what the job entails and what to expect (30-min interview) but I enjoyed the conversation and extended it to 1 hour. The 2nd interview was another Skype interview discussing previous work experience and general interview questions about future outlook, ambition and reflection of oneself. Selection days were based on multiple group activities and Q&As, after that I was fortunate to be selected.
