they replied my application in 3 days and invited me for a meeting. they first asked me to send them a lesson plan then asked me to present them a demo lesson. Meeting took around 1 hour in total. They were really kind.

Very clear procedure. In-time email response. Clear instructions. I guess they really respect the individual needs of the teachers. And they promise they will try to support with the visa.
The interview began with maybe 20 minute of the interviewer talking about the company. This was followed by a short overview of my CV with a few questions about what I enjoyed and why I chose to study the subjects that I did. Lastly, there was the lesson sample that I had prepared. This took about 40 minutes.
