The interview process was pretty much straight forward. Tony Hamama (HR) from Dynatrace gave me a call to talk to me about my background & experience. After that, Tony gave me insights and background of Dynatrace. At the end of the call he walked me through the whole interview process, which was exactly the same steps, that I went through later. The process was so quick that I never expected for a full-time role. All the credits to Tony and Dynatrace Detroit's team. Interview Process: ------------------------ 1. Had an initial call from the HR after applying for the position online. 2. Scheduled a virtual screening interview with the team lead. 3. Was assigned a project to complete and present it to the whole DevOps team onsite and remote(US & Europe). 4. Was invited for the final on-site interview, which has project presentation, team interview and 1:1 interviews. > DevOps team interview, lasted for 40 min, > Project presentation to the whole DevOps team in Detroit and Linz for an hour and a half. > Then 1:1 interview with the team lead again. > Finally 1:1 interview with the Detroit Lab manager. 5. After a week, I had the offer in my inbox.
