Straight forward 8 question behavioral interview based on the STAR method. Next invited to take physical exam after passing interview. Traveled 6hrs to take test. Passed that test. Received an “email” that I didn’t get the job 2 weeks later. It would be respectful for a company to give candidates who spend this kind of time a at least a phone call instead of an email.

First have to pass a CAST, then a PAT, then interview. Remember to use the star method. Interview is kinda hard because the questions they ask and you have to answer them on the spot

Must pass PAT before securing your interview , once passed my interview was scheduled for the flowing week I was interviewed by a woman from HR and two Supervisors from op centers that I was interested in. Wasn't difficult and straight to the point. The STAR method of interviewing was a learning curve though

STAR process is unnecessary. Makes it difficult for you to have a good Interview. Engineers and Quality control workers conduct the interview which isn’t fair in my opinion. Would’ve been nice if line supervisor or people who actually work In the field conducted the interview.
