First had a call with the recruiter, they ask a couple of mind trick questions and are looking for smart motivated and humble people. After this I was flown in to Dublin and had an interview with 4 different people, all of which were a couple of minutes late and none brought with them my cv or took notes. They more or less all asked the same questions such as what makes a good SDR, why I made moves from one job to the other etc. Super generic, I kept count as described below The hiring manager tried a little role play but had to run off mid way. Overall people are very nice, the office is amazing and the interviews were pleasant. It feels more like chit-chat though than a real interview. I felt a bit odd they flew me in but I got the feeling they didn't really have time to interview me. I received feedback super fast though, they called me which is always better than an email.
