Second Interview - Technical orienated, testing knowledge of subjects such as design principles, materials selection, basics of overload and fatigue failure, influence of material thermal properties on design, heat transfer topics. Third Interview - Again fairly straightforward chat orientated around testing motivation, values, work eithics and vision to drive the business. Interviews were very well organised and communicated clearly, commuiniucation was punctual, and questions were quite fair and reasonable
