Very straightforward. Sat down one-on-one with the lead instructor, and he asked about teaching history and some other questions just to get a feel for the type of person I am. I don't remember many specifics, as it was many years ago now, but it was mainly just a good conversation to ensure that my work ethic aligned with the company and that I would have the chops to be a good instructor.
