The third interview was in person with a hiring manager and an HR person, and the fourth was with the CEO, where he asked about me since I was a kid and took almost 2h. And he shared everything about the company. For the 4th interview, they had told me that it would be a quick interview about salary and how the company works, but that wasn’t it. After all these meetings, I had no idea about salary. Then they asked for my ID for a “legal check” because I’m an immigrant, and after that, they stopped answering, and I dropped the process. During the second interview, in person, they gave me a 15-minute UX writing test to do while they waited outside.
