First, I had a short phone interview which was followed by a design challenge. The team liked my design challenge submission, so I was then asked for a follow-up interview . This was in-person and was conducted with my original interviewer and another member of the team. I discussed my logic behind my design challenge submission as well as answered a few other questions.
