Initial phone screening with recruiter included simple probability question. 2nd and 3rd phone interviews involved 1 or 2 general background questions plus a case about expected value of different scenarios involving probability and the other a business analysis case of small business. Final in-person interview involved in-depth contest construction case as well as more general business analysis case. In-person interview also involved several behavioral and general background questions.
