I submitted my resume and cover letter, then was asked for an interview about a week later. I went in, and we chatted a bit to get to know each other. It was a pleasant and non-stressful process. They assessed my qualifications to see where I'd be the best fit, and then I filled out a test to see if I knew enough about gardening and housewares to work there.
