They are so good for interview itself. The hiring manager is so professional. The questions are very easy to answer. But the difficult is in other facts: 1. When they send you requests, there is no information for the job you applied . The recruiter only know setup time. You must keep your record even you have sent million tons resume. The good candidates should do this well but not me. 2. When they make the time, no time zone follow times. It is not a problems for local candidates, but others ,make sure before they call you. 3. Keep silence when hiring manager keep silence on the phone. They prefer to use this way to test candidate, at least for me.
