First interview was one to one with a member of HR. the second interview was more in-depth and included the manager and two members of the HR department. I was invited back to work for a day on paid trial where I could prove to them that I could carry out the skills that my CV claimed to say. after the one day trial they were impressed and one week later I was instated in my new position
