Very nice and direct manager. Explained his background and why he choose Hilton. Talked about how he likes his team to operate. Because of his own passion for the company and details of what it's like to work there, I was more excited to be given the opportunity to join Hilton.

I was referred by a friend, went in and spoke with manager of hotel, scheduled an interview, manager was friendly and made me feel comfortable, he asked me of any previous serving experience to which i said i have none, other than that, anyone could get this job, just get ready to put a smile on and deal with people who will most likely complain about stupid thing. essentially get ready to be a servant.
