      Not for professionals. Worst experience ever. I should've listened to previous posting that this place is a joke, and the red flag that there are no customer testimonials on their website or social page, and that each employee has different titles in e-signature vs. LinkedIn vs. homepage. I waited more than 15 minutes in lobby, and three employees passed by without offering assistance or even a greeting. Person I was supposed to meet didn't even bother to come out in person when I texted her even though her colleague confirmed that she was there. She insisted that I got the interview date wrong, which I checked. No courtesy, no apology, no professionalism. If this is how they treat potential employees when they're on their best behavior, I shudder to think how they coach potential affiliates as their core business. Run away!

      Don’t bother applying if you’re a true marketing professional. The Interview was like pulling teeth to get a feel for the role, Complete time wasters. Seems as if they’re looking for someone constantly, not surprised.

      I apologize for your unpleasant experience; however, feedback is very important to us at Dot818. We are a growing company that has expanded rapidly within the last year. We have gone through some of the growing pains that come with the territory. In an ongoing effort of improvement within the organization , we have made some changes to help alleviate some of the issues you mentioned. You are right that we did not have anyone covering the front area. We rarely have foot traffic as all our business is done over the phone, client site visits or over the Internet. We have hired additional staff and created better workflows to greet and welcome visitors and potential employees with open arms. Internal and external communication has also been improved.
