Phone call with Senior Recruiter, was told that I would hear back regarding the Hiring Manager interview by end of week. Followed-up once, no reply. 3+ weeks have passed so I know the Recruiter ghosted me, which is extremely unprofessional but typical of the job hunt. Disrespect of candidate's time and efforts is not a good indication of culture.

My experience with this company is full of surprises
- I applied for a Senior Manager, Finance & Strategy role. A recruiter sent me an email for an interview after a half year. Then she didn't show up on the call. The next day she sent an email that she forgot and asked me to book meetings with her colleague.
- Her colleague, another recruiter, was nice. I passed that round and she sent me a modelling test.
- A Senior Director interviewed me and said that he didn’t see my model. Why ask me to spend a few days doing the model when no one is taking a look?
- I met two Senior Managers, one from Japan and one from Australia after. The interviews probably went well. But another surprise from this round is the recruiter called me another name in her email.
- I had a few other follow-up calls with the recruiter and each time she told me to wait for another few days to get feedback from the Senior Managers. Not sure how many times were.
- A week later, she sent me an email to reject my application and I could book a call with her to get feedback. How nice she was! I booked a call to hear her feedback. But during the call, she said that I was not rejected and she was still waiting for feedback from the Senior Managers. I was shocked!
- I wasn’t waiting for her email after then. But it is memorable.
