1. Hiring Manager screen (15 minutes) 2. Recruiter screen (15 minutes) 2. Panel interview with stakeholders (met with 3 people.... one Director took the interview from his car in a Starbucks parking lot, another Sr Director started the interview telling me "I have not had the chance to read your resume and I'm already starting off having a terrible day so let's just get through this.. some of my questions may not be fair knowing that you don't know our internal workings"). 3. Wait 2 weeks to hear back and follow up with recruiting - who provided no feedback. The process seemed quite disheveled in general and the recruiter wasn't much help when it came to better understanding the role or what the process looks like... even told me "I'm not allowed to talk about the role until you complete the panel..."
