      I enjoyed the whole interviewing process: the response time was quite fast, I've had a few talks with HR, potential lead, and potential colleague. For an interview with a team lead, I needed to prepare a test task. I dedicated a few evenings to it and based on that task we had a talk with a lead. In the end, I got rejected but for me, the most important is to hear feedback: WHY? Based on this info I can learn and develop my skills. I spent a few evenings on a test task, a few hours for interviews, but the company didn't couldn't simply provide a few sentences about what's wrong and what could be improved. I asked for feedback a few times and they ignored me. It's a full disrespect for a candidate and the candidate's time. A point to keep in mind that colleague shared with me: you need to work for more than 2 years to get a promotion. This is super strange for me: the company is not looking at your skills and how you developed but only at your time in the company.
