I first had a phone interview with the manager. After clearing that, I was asked to do a 48 hour take-home assignment. I was given some sales data and asked to create a growth strategy. Subsequently, there are two 1:1 interviews with hiring managers on the sales op strategy team. The entire process is quite fast - about 2 weeks in total.
