There was no interview. I just got the huge packet after my background check was approved after I applied online. I did however have to drive to corporate multiple times to make sure the process was still going, which took two weeks of me bugging.

they basically just asked what my availability was and standard questions, i was hired on the spot and was asked to fill out online paperwork before starting. the process was definitely laid back.
Manager asked general questions about how to handle customers. Also asked how I work in general. You also get asked to memorize how to make the specialty pizzas. I got hired on the spot because of their need for more customer service reps
