I applied through an employee referral ,the interview process was streamlined . The recruiter was amazing, explained the process throughly. Interview took 2 weeks - 3 rounds. Everyone i spoke to was amazing. Rounds were pretty straight forward.

Interview was great. Google Meet video calls. The interviews were not too long, questions asked were relevant to the job. There were multiple rounds of interviews. Mostly technical questions, some were behavior type questions.

Subsequently, I moved on to a technical interview, which delved into my expertise in AWS and Kubernetes architecture, application modernization, and related domains. I then had a leadership interview, providing insights into how my experience aligns with the team's goals and values. Overall, the process was efficient, and the interviewers were knowledgeable and friendly.
