Initial interview with recruiter was fine. She introduced me to the Enterprise AM team. I interviewed with them twice. The first time was good and they told me that they wanted to speak to me again but the next time they would dive into the nitty gritty. During the second interview, they talked to me for an hour and then one of them had to 'leave' to deal with a sales issue. The Zoom closed and I never got to ask questions. 10 minutes later I received a sorry and we will get back to you next week. I never heard from them again. I also didn't love that the fact that one of the guys used the word 'sexy' in the interview to describe a product and then at one pt they told me that they were IM'ing each other about me during the interview process. Also, if this position is supposed to be cross-functional, why wouldn't you have other people to interview with besides these two? It was all very strange. They claim good culture, yet the interview experience left me feeling much less than that. Is this how they treat employees? SAAS companies, have more women on the calls for your interviews.

Ashley was thorough in her initial interview. Second interview I spoke to two managers Jordan and Brian. The culture and product got me excited, hopefully I can join the team soon ha ha
