Entrevista
The process had 4 interviews and the last interview with the offer. First an intro video call with an HR, with questions about my motivation, experiences and a description of the company. The second interview was with the HR, a Team Leader and a Senior Developer. It was not very technical but more about previous experiences and questions about my profile, expectations and aspirations. Then a technical challenge about building an appointment rescheduler. The tasks were well documented and, given 3 days for completing the assignment, the difficulty was fair. The fourth interview was with a Project Manager and a Graphic Designer. It was a cultural fit interview, with questions about my motivation and how I usually work. Then the offer interview with an honest feedback about the whole process, and details about the next steps. The feeling I got from the whole process is very positive, I never felt lost during the interview steps, thanks to regular feedbacks from the HR. Another thing that I really liked was that during the process I met nearly all members of the target team, and was able to ask questions, giving me an idea of the daily work.

Entrevista
First a videocall with a HR person and one of the Frontend leaders and then another videocall with the other Frontend leader. Both were non-technical interviews, good for the candidate to ask questions and get to know the role and the company and for the company to know the candidate's profile, expectations and aspirations.
Then a take-home test. It was about building the frontend of a simple web app to reschedule an appointment with a doctor. I was free to choose whatever technology I wanted. It was fun but a bit too long since, event though it looked relatively simple from the user point of view, there were quite a few concepts involved: network requests, pagination, persisting state to the browser local storage, routing/navigation, modal dialog, responsive design...
Finally their trial day, an on-site day where I got to know the team in person and do more interviews:
- First I was welcomed by the two Frontend leaders. They showed me the office and introduced me to some members of the team.
- Then we did a technical interview. It was a whiteboard exercise where I was asked to provide my own implementation of a couple of common Javascript's API functions. The exercise was fun and challenging. Two people from the team were with me during the interview, they were very friendly and helpful.
- Finally I was invited to have lunch with the team. After lunch we spoke and chilled for a bit until the trial day ended.
The feeling I got from the whole process is that they are a very friendly, warm and approachable bunch of people.
