Extremely invasive & pushy interview. They use the top grading interview process (4 hours) to justify asking absurdly personal questions that for me went back nearly 20 years. They also wanted to speak with 3-4 people from every job you’ve ever had. At the time of my interview I asked them not to contact my current employer and for some reason Ryan (the owner) felt that was a good idea. Would not recommend getting involved b/c if the job was at all the same as the interview process you’re in for a crappy career
