HR is clueless and very unprofessional. I was brought in 4 different times because so many people kept leaving the company and Managing Directors changed. Weeks would go by and then I would get a random voicemail asking me to come in again... I wasted 8 months back and forth with them and was then told that hiring was put on hold until the new year. I would run as fast as I could from this company. The fact that they keep this terrible HR in place demonstrates that they don’t know what they’re doing
