      Solicité el puesto a través de una agencia de empleo. Acudí a una entrevista en Distribusion en feb 2023

      Entrevista

      Round 1 - Headhunted by an outsourced HR company via linkedin, followed by a phonecall and an online meeting. Round 2 - Interview with the country manager. Round 3 - Interview with the VP of Europe/Global Sales and Marketing Manager (Rescheduled many times and in the end I was interviewed by someone else, with no previous notice) Round 4 - Interview with the CEO. Same thing. They rescheduled many times and happened with someone else with no previous notice. Same questions asked in round 2, 3 and 4, it shows that the people who interviewed were given short notice and didn't prepare or did not have written feedback from the previous rounds. More than 30 days after the last round, still no feedback. As someone who was headhunted, the process felt disrespectful at the higher levels (round 3 and 4). It shows internal disorganization, lack of commitment of the company with the candidates and that their staff is overloaded. I love what Distribusion is doing technologically, but internally, they have serious issues to figure out.
