The interview with the hiring manager, which he rescheduled twice, was unprofessional. He was disorganized, seemed unprepared and multitasked the entire time we spoke. At one point during our conversation, he was walking down a hallway while I was trying to answer a question. This, combined with a lack of focus, made it difficult to make a connection, describe my experience, and get a feel for both the company and the role.
