Manager talked to me on the spot and we just talked about the job itself. they were pretty desperate to get more techs in the store. MUST GO INTERVIEW IN PERSON
They made me wait for like 20 minutes and i went in a room and the manager(i think) interviewed me. They just described what was it like working for discount tire.

Phone interview was told about dress code and no face or neck tattoos, arms and hand tattoos must be covered. Scheduled in person interview, was told that the dress code also had a facial hair requirement, no facial hair longer than a size 3 shaving guard. I have a 3inch long well taken care of beard so I ended the interview quickly.
