Applied and I got a call back. Got the most relaxed interview ever pretty much when can you start. There were quick questions concerning my application. The main thing was my criminal history. But nothing like most companies that ask you useless question about life and such.

I had a flat tire that I got fixed as an appt. I sparked a conversation and hit it off with the local manager, who referred me to a higher-volume store. That was my informal interview, and the second interview was about a week later. They were conversational interviews, and I answered too excitedly, I think. This is one of those companies I've always wanted to work for since I always get excited about the process and ownership of new traction. I checked in, but they never called me back. I was ghosted.
