There were two interviews. The first was with the CSR supervisor via a phone call, this lasted about 15-20 minutes. The second interview was to determine if a candidate is a good culture fit for DS. This was done via a zoom call with both the CSR supervisor and one of the company directors. Both interviewers were friendly and easygoing.
