I applied for this role and was contacted after a week and invited to submit a one-way video interview, which turned out to be very time-consuming and the questions were so outdated. Once submitted, I reached out to follow up with DCU a week later and then again two weeks later. Both times, HR responded within 24 hours with a generic "we're still reviewing applications" message. Ultimately, I was not hired and was notified approximately 10 weeks later.
