Absolutely unprofessional interview process. Instead of taking the time to call an applicant or have them come into an office for an interview, they request you to download so you can film yourself and answer questions provided by them. I’ve never seen anything like that and it was uncomfortable and dehumanizing. If this is the mood they give off in an interview process I can’t imagine the work atmosphere.
