My process included:
Initial call with recruiter
Conversation with managers
Final virtual presentation / mock outbound SDR interview using their template and meeting room link
The expectations for the final presentation were clearly laid out, and I invested a good amount of time building a full outbound plan and presenting it to a panel of leaders.
The good
Recruiter was friendly and communicative at the start.
Interviewers were engaged during the presentation and asked thoughtful questions.
The presentation itself gave a realistic feel for what the SDR role would involve.
The not-so-good
After the final-round presentation, communication completely dropped off.
I received an email from the recruiter saying they’d follow up with the team and get back to me “ASAP,” but I never received a clear yes/no decision.
I followed up politely multiple times over the next couple of weeks and still didn’t get a final answer.
I understand companies can be busy and decisions change, but after a full process and a time-consuming final presentation, it was disappointing not to receive a definitive outcome or basic closure.

Was 3 Total. All done through their proprietary app. Was straight and to the point, first two were personality and more feeling out and the last one was a mock sales call.
Simple process, great people and a seemingly good product. I knew a few people who work at Dialpad and had awesome feedback. Wasn't a good fit at the time but would consider in the future.
