Two rounds of interviews that were fairly straightforward and basic interview questions like work history, experience in the field, etc. First interview was via phone call and only took 30 mins, mostly introductions and explanation of the company/role. Second interview was in person with the department head, manager and HR manager; and was a bit more in-depth about work experience and did include a technical question about a parts diagram.

The interview process was easy. I already knew a lot of the knowledge they were looking for, on top of that, I also came from a CSR support position where it was more technical than customer service
