I gave a first interview with HR at the beginning of April. A few weeks later, I was contacted for the interview with the hiring manager. Everything went well at the interview with the hiring manager, as a result HR contacted me again, for another interview with the hiring manager's managers, from the UK. After the third interview, HR called me to tell me that I am on the shortlist, and will contact me to discuss the next steps. Almost 3 months have passed since then and until now I have not received any response, either positive or negative
