Online application, followed by an invitation to complete numerical reasoning tests. Once I passed the test and their initial screening, I was invited to a first round interview, which was a fourty-five minute interview with a Vice-President of the Equity Research division.

Process was quite quick. Starts with a hirevue / telephone interview.
Then invited to the AC at their office which consists of 30 min case study prep and then 3 interviews - case study, technical and behavioural
