The HR makes you wait by lying that they will respond and they do not. not even feedback despite all good interviews. They are probably busy offering positions to those with lower expectations. Don't waste time if you know what you deserve.

2 interviews, 1 team fit/get to know you wit a manager and one other team lead. Followed by a skills test with a coding problem to design and solve (also with 1 manager and a senior developer) .

The whole interview process lasted a bit more than a month - from applying to signing the contract, it was approx 6 weeks.
The interview process included:
-initial HR call
-coding task (2 tasks - adding numbers through string, with delimiters
and write some sql joins)
-technical interview with department head and team colleague (relaxed interview)
-interview with head of HR

During the technical interview: it was more of an open discussion about my background, CV, what I have worked on, where I have experience. They didn't question me things like "define SOLID" or similar.
