Three stages; first interview with hr, then with director for product management and lastly with director for professional services. Technical portion primarily includes SQL test cases which were fairly straight forward

Interview process was a joke. After the 1st screening interview with HR, which was a normal HR interview, it still felt lacking in the way of communication. I was then asked to schedule a 2nd interview, and we moved onto the next stage. The Manager that interviewed me asked irrelevant questions, most of them felt cliche and felt looked up on some Google article - he also decided that the interview should take almost +1 hour than what was scheduled, continuing to ask these questions. After that, they completely ghosted me and did not provide any sort of feedback or response. I was not disappointed by it, since I did not actually want this job, but at the end of the day someone else might, and it would be best practice (obviously) to at least send out an e-mail stating that you have not been selected for the position.
