fairly relaxed. Conversation and experience based. Lots of questions surrounding experiences working with clients and insight to the various media channels. Ask to give an introduction and describe my previous role and what i can do for current if accepted
SQL, Excel and Power Bi was the requirement; which definitely matched my current skills. Other items very not that much required. Be very much hands-on on the bookish stuff for Power BI and Tableau as well

HR and the hiring team were very warm and accommodating. They were very considerate of the fact that I was a fresh grad. The offer they gave was also fairly generous.

We went through all four rounds of the interview process, and they went with an internal candidate twice. The recruiter wasn't good at communication, and that affected the experience greatly. Also, the last interview felt like a decision had already been made, as the interviewer wasn't prepared for it.
