Interview process was very thorough and professional. All done by phone and email (aside from the eventual home office interview). I’ve only ever worked private practice offices over the last 11 years so the intensive steps for hiring were new for me. My 2 corporate contacts were very nice, welcoming, and informative. I absolutely loved that part of the interview experience. My home office manager was amazing during my interview (and still is today). Once I was hired and my offer was officially accepted, I was put through a very thorough background screening. The third party company called every employer listed on my resume to verify dates of employment. Because I’ve only worked private practice, a lot of my previous employers were very confused and text me after the phone call because they weren’t sure if it was a legitimate phone call or not. Since they didn’t answer to protect my privacy (or the dates I put on my resume did not 100% match up to what was told to them on the phone [my previous employers are pretty lax and trusting so they didn’t see the need to go back to their files to tell the third party company exact dates-most guessed]) , I had to provide W2’s for every year of employment for each office. Nothing negative about it, I just wasn’t prepared for all of that and putting it here so that you can be prepared as well!
