I had a 45-minute phone screen (35 min their Qs + 10 min my Qs) with the recruiter within 2 weeks of applying online. Immediately after the phone screen, I had to complete a writing assignment within 30 minutes that simulated one of the job tasks. I received an update on my candidacy within 2 weeks of the phone screen. Had I moved forward, there would've been a virtual interview with staff, followed by a virtual interview with the President. The process from application to offer would've been 2 months.
