I was contacted to interview with this company two times in July, 2011. Both times, the interviews were canceled at the last minute (hours before they were scheduled). They were not rescheduled (despite my following up with the manager) until November of 2011. I was asked to come in, had a brief and informal interview with tthe flight manager. I was told I was going to be hired and look to hear from them in the am with the official offer. I did not hear from them, called for weeks to follow up. Finally, almost 3 weeks later, I was contacted to come back in for an interview again. then, I was expected to fly in 2 days.
